Mandatory Settlement Conference Set for 2.07.14

Please be advised that Mandatory Settlement Conference (or an "MSC" and/or mediation) for the above referenced matter has been set. A MSC is a voluntary procedure available to parties in a lawsuit.  Any decision reached is not binding unless agreed to by all parties.  It will be held in the Orange County Superior Court, Civil Complex Center, on February 7, 2014 at 1:30 PM.  Any witnesses who have information or evidence they deem relevant to the resolution of this case should contact Attorney Richard E.
